工作范围
  • Provide professional HR services to designated departments including monthly payroll, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, etc.
  • Partner with line managers, provide advice and support on HR related matters such as manpower planning
  • Perform compensation and benefits functions including annual review, rewards and benefits program, etc.
  • Assist to formulate, review and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures
  • Prepare and consolidate various HR reports, analysis and ad-hoc reports
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned (SC)
任职要求
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of all-round human resources experience in sizable companies, with at least 3 years in supervisory / managerial capacity
  • Solid experience in recruitment and payroll administration highly preferred
  • Experience in retail industry is an advantage
  • Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, attentive to details and well-organized
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for other suitable positions (SC)
