工作范围
- Provide professional HR services to designated departments including monthly payroll, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, etc.
- Partner with line managers, provide advice and support on HR related matters such as manpower planning
- Perform compensation and benefits functions including annual review, rewards and benefits program, etc.
- Assist to formulate, review and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures
- Prepare and consolidate various HR reports, analysis and ad-hoc reports
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned (SC)
任职要求
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of all-round human resources experience in sizable companies, with at least 3 years in supervisory / managerial capacity
- Solid experience in recruitment and payroll administration highly preferred
- Experience in retail industry is an advantage
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, attentive to details and well-organized
- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for other suitable positions (SC)
